Institute of Bankers Pakistan, in collaboration with senior, highly experienced and retired professional bankers, is offering advisory and consultancy services to banks and other stakeholders. Although the domain for these services is broad, however, initially these consultancy services include developing Operational Manuals, Guidelines, Reports and Presentations covering all banking related subjects including Risk Management, Anti-Money Laundering, Corporate Governance, Lending Operations, SME Finance, Micro Finance and all the other products and services of financial services sector. Under a different series consultancy services covering all HR related subjects are offered. This is a new dimension of the IBP functions through which the valuable experience of retired bankers is diverted towards the high value productive uses.
