Trainers' Forum
During the last quarter of 2009, IBP introduced the concept of having a Trainers’ Forum every few months. The Trainers’ Forum is essentially a networking platform, wherein the Institute organizes a workshop on a quarterly basis to enrich the skills of its trainers. We invite IBP Trainers, HR personal of the banking industry, Training coordinators of the banking industry as well as department heads to attend this workshop and interact with trainers that teach at the IBP. Leading personalities of the learning and development industry are requested to speak at this event.
